Website Needed for Online Business Sales

I have a domain name that lends itself to selling internet businesses, websites, domain names etc. Need a site constructed that could do so. Need to list businesses, domain names, etc. with appropriate statistics, sales and profit data, description of business. It needs to be able to process cc transactions, send daily email with new listings to registered users, etc.
