Need online magazine software, etc...

I have several domain names such as northwestmagazine.com, etc. that I would like to make into sites with lots of content relating to the northwest. I want to have a blog that updates daily from some source, northwest stories that update daily from some source, and news that updates daily.

Basically a ready to go online magazine that runs itself, is several pages deep with stories, has a forum as well, etc...

Can one of you do this?
