Hi all,
Just wondering your thoughts on this idea. Ever since i started dealing with more than just a few websites, i've been looking for ways to try and manage, and track my websites, their income and their expenses.
Also, i've been looking for a way to quickly track whether my sites have been submitted to directories yet, whether i've link exchanged with that site yet, and other types of promotions, as dealing with many websites can lead you to forget quite easily i've found.
So what about a private script, or maybe just a database in MS access that you can add your websites to, add notes, tick custom boxes to verify that you've completed a task on that site, add expenses, income etc on a site by site basis monthly, so you can really keep track of how each site is going. The script could also include all the usual tools, keyword generator, domain availability check links to other useful tools. Although the MS Access one wouldn't...
It would be easy to add sites, i can quite easily parse through just a large list of domains, and insert them into the database automatically.
What are your thoughts on this? Or has this already been done?
