Web Idea, Legal? Or Illegal?

Hey all,
I suppose it "might" come down too local statutory?? (maybe not)?
However I have this website idea, (as a joke) bit of a fun site...
It's for Partners who have been cheated on (as there always happens to be animosity between both people) and as I have seen soo many stories on the net regarding someone who has been cheated on, this site willl be where they can upload pictures (maybe evidence) and/or regester a profile of the chick or guy who cheated on them...
Is there any legal matters I should be aware of??

seems legal as long as you are strictly providing the platform and have a tos that protects you. there needs to be ways to report and remove false posts and potentially ways to verify new members. check with a real attorney..
