Web design for site through 3rd party API wanted (Good Money !)

Hi all,
I am a good domaineer, but awful in site programming/design.
Therefore I am looking out for a PRO programmer/Designer that can do a site for me.

I will pay good money if you are a PRO.

OK here is what I need:
- Full Site design (incl. user areas) & API connection to a 3rd party API
(API documentation available)
Site design will be really simple, and shouldnt be a problem.

Here is what I can supply:
- URL to 3rd party application (incl. documentation, forums, etc..)
- Basic already installed API with basic function, to show the API is working.
- Working example site of the site/user functions required (OEM site).
- FTP account, and all needed access to my server.
(I will supply the type of site via PM, as I dont want to post it here for everyone.)

I really need here a all arround service, and I am willed to pay for this, if you do it well.

Budget up to mid XXX USD (via PayPal).
