I have a script that I will provide, and I need it to be modified so the Twitter API is Cached.
This allows me to do "unlimited" API requests as the sessions are cached, instead of the 100 per hour limit.
HERE IS A SITE WITH THE CACHE INFO/SCRIPT/Tutorial; Any PHP programmer should be able to do this job, you just have to integrate the entire cache functioning into my script, package it up for me, and bam; you're paid.

If you CAN DO THIS, PM ME and i'll send you the script that needs to work the same as provided, and must work the same after you're done with it; All you're doing is integrating the Cacheing mechanism so instead of my script calling the API every time, it only calls it once every 30 minutes - allowing me to post unlimited tweets from the API.
