That is my thoughts. Unless there is some "wavegate" technology gizmo on the horizon I would say reg fee on this one. wavegate.info is available for 89 cents at Godaddy.

I have seen some reference to sports shoes while searching for ' wave gate ' so the term is probably a tm issue . Another negative issue is low search volume, and the .net extension.
Even without the possible tm issue I would agree with reg fee.
