Want someone to create a rapidshare downloader

What I am basically looking for is a rapidshare.com/de and megaupload downloader. The script should be able to bypass the timelimit, not require going to the rapidshare and megaupload sites in any way except to directly download the file, and should be web-based (any popular online programming language should be fine, but I would prefer php. This must work with netfirms $14.99 a month hosting.). I will also pay for upates later on at the rate of $25 per update should any of the sites change their methods so the script stops working. Payment will be made via escrow.com, and I will pay all fees. The old script worked by connecting to my/a rapidshare account, and letting anybody download from it, so if you can do it this way it would be fine with me.
