Rapidshare Premium link generator script needed

I need to develop my domain into a rapidshare premium link generator site. Example, freerapid.org
My site needs to have a premium area, whereby registered users could download rapidshare files according to the bandwidth allocated to them. And a "linkgenerator" page to list the mirror sites.

In addition, i want to have a referral script installed. Users are given unique referral links to refer others to join my site and they will be given extra bandwidth.

Lastly, I want to integrate my site with cpalead.com just like freerapid.org to earn revenue.

Have you considered how much bandwidth is used by these scripts?

If you still want one, there are many already out there.
