Thanks for clearing this up, Donny. I see the auto-optimization takes into account lots of different factors, how many days does it usually take (for an average domain) to complete these, so the domain can be considered "auto-optimization" completed?

A domain is NEVER complete. Between us and our upstream provider, we are always making changes.

So if you think a domain need some work, I recommend that you just change the keyword and see if that works.

Wolfis - It's been 1 hour, 30 minutes.

Everything is working fine, you just can't check your stats. We are replacing some backend servers and they are taking a little longer than I/we expected.

What is the best way to optimize domains? Let voodoo's system optimize them automatically?

I have some general domains at Voodoo, but hard to get any clicks

hippoking - This is usually what I recommend to people. Leave your domain to auto-optimization. Check all of your domains after about a week and see if the domains are what you expect. If they aren't then you can try setting the keyword on the domains, understand that it's only a recommendation and it doesn't mean that our upstream provider will use it, but it's a recommendation.

Then wait and see how the domains do again. The next step would involve setting the domain to a 2 click lander or a 1 click lander. But I'm assuming you aren't this far yet.

Hi Donny,

Actually what you recommend is what I actually did, leave system to automatically optimize keywords.

However for some general domains, like typo of some extensions, for example typo of "co.uk", it's really hard to select any keywords

To keep off certain ads from showing up.
