Hadn't logged into my account for ages and went to do so the other day and couldn't. Do you guys close accounts after prolonged periods of inactivity?

I have two questions. I could look through the whole thread but I would appreciate an answer...lol

1 - do you allow link building towards parked pages?
2 - how often do the stats update?

Thanks for a good parking service! I have slowly started to move some domains to Voodoo and they are converting pretty well. Will move more domains there in the future.

firefly - We normally don't shutdown accounts because of inactivity. Stats are updated every 5 minutes that show visitors, searches, and clicks. But we don't estimate revenue like some companies because we have found that they are usually inaccurate. So we provide final numbers when we receive them from our providers which is normally by Noon PST. Link building is something that is a little tricky. If you already have links to your page then it's fine, but if you already have a domain with us I wouldn't recommend adding new links.

Parked 40-50 names on voodoo. One week 25 views and no click...is this normal? i'm new and will apreciate any info.
PS. One of the names has set keyword fashion but when i check the layout preview there's adult content on its page. (is this normal too ?)

As far as domains go, the domain is probably flagged as adult, and when that happens no matter what keyword you use it with show adult ads.

LOL, of course they do, that's why there is still so many spam sites at or near the top of results...lol. Ignorance is bliss.

Btw, it was simply a question since some other providers seem to allow it. If it is against your TOS Donny it is something I won't do.

It's just a normal search engine spider, that figured out a way around how we were tracking them. Basically it changed not only it's user-agent, but it's IP block. We are putting in some additional code right now and hopefully everything will settle down in the next 24 hours.

You sent in a ticket with a very similiar question, so I'll just answer it here. You are not allowed to "promote" your domains that are using on any parking platform that I am aware of. I'm not exactly sure by what you mean by "promote", but that could be arbitrage, creating new links to your domain, trying to get people to go to your domain, if it has anything to do with one of the above, it's definitely not allowed with anybody who is working with Google, like I am.

Arbitrage was allowed for a long time on Yahoo platforms and in many cases is still allowed.

As far as why are you not allowed to do all of these things? Basically you are trying to drive traffic to those domains for the sole purpose of monetizing the domains. This is against the rules. If you had a site that was already up, say a blog or something and it already had links coming in, etc... And you were to park that domain, then that is usually fine. But purely trying to send traffic to a domain that is already parked is against the rules.
