Vista issue - Can't remember passwords

usually i can start firefox and visit all my favorite sites and my username and password are already stored, just waiting for me to click login

but lately thats not the case; vista is not remembering any of my old input and is forcing me to type in the username/password each time. can anyone help me figure out how to solve this problem?

This is a bug in Firefox 3.0.2

1. At the top of the Firefox window on the menu bar, click the Tools menu and select Error Console
if you see an error like this...

this._storage is null Source File:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsLoginManager.js Line: 479

Update your firefox..

2. If it doesnot help, you can use a bookmarklet or extension..to allow auto login.
