Very important question in trademark

afew days ago i made a thread in the appraisals section with title iphonebrand.com
and has been told that its a blatant tm because( iphone) is atrademark
but you see there are alot trademaks are used with no problem
if you search about the word (trade)its a trademark however there are domain names with trade like
trade site
trade zone
trade yard
and the word forex too is a trade mark but there ar domains like forex site ..forex zone.. forexside

and stock too and alot of words are trade mark
arent all of these blatant tm?

i cant understand the trademark issue clearly so want someone expert in such things to clarify the issue
