What do you think about VerbTube.com? --tube.com's are selling well these days and 'verb' is the word of action. I could see this being developed as a sport/physical recreation youtube type site. Any ideas? It might not be a ten-thousand dollar domain but does it hold any real value?

respectfully,i think finding a buyer wont be easy..

i do beleive you can get some money for it,but IMO no more that $100. even that amount would be simply because it has the word tube in it and it IS very brandable/marketable.

i just don't see the word VERB working with TUBE at ALL.

With all due respect, verb refers to action. If not for anything else, sports clips/highlights would work well for it. But thanks for your opinion -- appreciated

Video, by definition, captures "action". Verb doesn't have anything to do with sports/action. Dunking, swinging, punching... all verbs.... so are sitting, talking, standing, snoring, yawning

YAWNING... perfect explanation for this domain. I wouldn't pay reg fee for this.

There are organizations who use the term VERB as kinda 'marketing' thing. It's hard to say. But I've had ppl call my mentale.org worthless, too (an educated guy came along and explained where the real value was). So I guess ppl have their opinions. I dunno how much it would sell to a reseller but I have no plan of selling it to one so I might get a decent paycheck for this... if I can find an enduser.

And 'capturing action' is the whole point of the domain.

verb Audio Help /vษœrb/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[vurb] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation,
โ€“noun
any member of a class of words that are formally distinguished in many languages, as in English by taking the past ending in -ed, that function as the main elements of predicates, that typically express action, state, or a relation between two things, and that (when inflected) may be inflected for tense, aspect, voice, mood, and to show agreement with their subject or object.

to me: the 2 terms have NO relationship at all.great domains are words that DO have direct relationship.

also to me: a verb is the definition of a word that is an action, but verb itself is NOT the action.

for example go,fly to me would be a much better match, and actually expressing an action.

even then,go and fly would suggest TRAVEL,something people do search for,but i don't of anyone seacrhing for the word VERB.

that again is my own opinion.
