.us Values of .us with OVT

Hi guys

How do you appraise value of the .us domain ?
I've found couple nice ones with high OVT - without extension but I wish to know are they worth registering.

So what is considered high OVT for .us domains,
xxxx - ?
xxxxx - ?
xxxxxx - ?

Also are us domains with good keyword and 101 numbers are worth anythin g ( example - keyword101.us ?

x = 0.05 times overture value

3 letters = 2x
4 letters = 1.75x
5 letters = 1.5x
6 letters = 1.25x
7 letters = x
8 letters = x

based on sales that I have seen.
Not sales that I have made.
I do wish that the domainer community would come
up with an semiofficial overture based formula so that buyers
and sellers would have a standard reference point.

I also have thought about this, and tried to do a little research with end user sales, but really came to no conclusion. I think a lot of it depends on the individual keyword. Personally I only register a domain based purely on overture score alone if it is over 10,000 and relates to the .us extention in some way.

Since .US is mainly a search bar type-in extension, wouldn't the 2nd level keyword bid per click affect that value significantly?
