Hard to say. I myself have Wh*re.in (* = o), a 6-figure adult keyword .in. While I DO think it's worth a bunch, I haven't had any bites yet, trying to get high $xxx for it. I'd say it depends on your outlook on the future of the .in extension. If you think it's a growing extension that will firmly place itself among the best ccTLDs, then I'd say go for it and hold onto the names. Otherwise, you may want to stick with gTLDs (com, net, etc) which are less to register and have more solid markets at the moment. I myself have still kept a lot of the great keyword .in names I have and will not be selling them short.
