What is your take on the value of LLLL.com's which abbreviates a city and state? For Example:

LACA - Los Angeles, CA
NYNY - New York, NY
SATX - San Antonio, TX
SJCA - San Jose, CA
SFCA - San Francisco, CA
SDCA - San Diego, CA
LVNV - Las Vegas, NV
CSCO - Colorado Springs, CO

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

talking about sales:

resllers at least low $x,xxx
end-users much more than that

in the examples you cited NYNY and LACA would go even for resellers for mid $x,xxx

the best to do with such names is development
they would become geo names what would increase their values a lot

I'm not sure about states in USA because I don't know how americans care about states.
For example I have:
WYDB.com - Wyoming DatabBase...
PQVT.com - Price Quotes Vermont
AFKY.com - America for Kentucky :)
etc.

Not many domainers pay attention to this so prices on reseller market are not very influenced by states abbreviation. But while collecting non-quad-premium domains I tried to pick possible state, city and country abbreviations that consist of non-premium letters: UK, VT, TX, WY, NV, AU, AZ, JP, NZ, KS, KY, NJ, UT, OK, WV, SJ etc.

But I think there are some combinations that increase value very much: NY,UK,US,LA among them. NY combination is even more valuable than others premium combination. E.g.
NYMB.com shoud be more valuable than NDMB or NNMB or perhaps even NNNB. Actually NYMD is a "three" word acronym with a potential of the whole NY.

Also don't forget such brands like DKNY for example. NY domains are super premiums.

CSCO value might be huge, though there might be some TM issues 'cause that is the Symbol of Cisco at the NYSE...

Dunno :(

Not really sure, but I would love to own SATX, or CSTX(College Station).

Dunno :(

Considering it could be used to Represent the City State, I think you'd be safe. However, I think there could be huge potential for this "class" of LLLL.com's

Huge yes...

I guess I'll have to check a few hundreds from now, as I think this is a great idea. :)

be sure it is Bruno :)
i wouldnt look at them just like as names; imagine these as developed sites when and where people recognize, like and use acronyms

The one I managed to grab is in the list I created. And it has a very special meaning to me.... hopefully to be developed soon enough.
