ccTLD Value of keyword domains

The title maybe is missleading but Im wondering if there is any value in domains like heal.th, ca.rs, hous.es, lawye.rs etc. ?

ca.rs maybe because it's short, but renewal is fairly high. That said I do not put much value in hacks, but others do:

Time and money better spent elsewhere (com/org and a few cctlds) imo.
