Those of you that have some experience in the trading of high-end ($5000+) .COMs or other domain names, is there any way you could tell me what the average percentage increase may be for one of these, year after year?
Some examples would be amazing... like XYZ.com was valued at $x,xxx in 2005 but was sold again in 2007 for $x,xxx. I'm trying to get an idea of the average ROI for these kinds of things. It's probably pretty complicated, I know, but I gotta start somewhere.
