Value of Domain Hacks

Here's my question..what is the value of domain hack? I've seen some good domain hack and i was wondering about the value of it. I myself own one and i'm not sure whether or not i should get more. I haven't seen any sale of domain hack. Why do we register domain hack? Is it because the domain looks cool or because there's a potential end user who's willing to buy such domain?

I thought it was like high $xx, $40 isn't that much.
Imo alarms should be the easiest one to sell. Yeah you should've sold it for $1k.

Double hacks, those with two or more dots are typically worth less, unless you make it sexy like who.unfollowed.me

apart form tlds and cctlds, lot of chances to grab good domain hack through new gtlds

i registered couple of domains recently like

middle.sex
sus.sex
yonke.rs
marbel.la

traine.rs

plenty of city names were grabbed very early, may not get at low price these days
