Valuation advice for double pinyin domains

Is there any sort of floor value price on double pinyin names? I've seen some lately go for very high prices. For instance yitie.com had several bidders above $19k as it was closing (not sure the final price). Can you say there's a base price for a double pinyin, with the worst combination that doesn't make any sense?
