I have few dot us, e.g twen.us oilnews.us tankini.us and many more, but I think the price will not same like dot com! but its good for PBN, since CCtld can boost their rangking, in serp! but from my experinces, if we have link that have one words, most of the time will increase rangking in 3 days or weeks! so use dot us, will have value for seo purpose! but for commercial or main site, its really hards! and just like everyone said, they born with dot com!
but the funny thing is, most of them don't like 3worlds traffics! lol :D , my advice for ppl that don't like cheap traffic, use dot us, trust me! your site will get pure US traffic, and rangking high!

Its ridiculous that you take effort marketing a link to your auction, And people see other variations of your domain name for sale and have to scroll down to see yours.

Am I safe to assume Godaddy doesn't let you link directly to your auction page exclusively?

Do they let you link directly to your auction page exclusively in emails to prospects?

Does godaddy not let you forward your domain directly to your exclusive auction page?

It's all about targeted marketing, domain names like everything is a product. You will need to make businesses that may have an interest in your product aware that you have an auction and point them to it without having to scroll past similiar domain names.

Anyways I think in the future more portfolio holders will own their own marketplaces.
