Updating Potential Buyers About Latest Offers. Is It Allowed at GoDaddy?

Is it allowed to continuously inform potential buyers in a “hub-like” site about the latest offer to a domain name under the Godaddy's offer/counter-offer selling method so that they would not waste their ( and the seller's) time by making the same ( or lower price ) offers?

If the sites allow you to, then it's probably allowed, but you shouldn't need to do that because:

GoDaddy already tells them automatically when their offer is not the highest offer you've received on the domain. That's why you'll sometimes see multiple offers come in within a short period of time of increasing size.
