Does the Uniregistry support system really work if the case involves something more complicated than simply answering simple questions, do simple things or forwarding your request to another department (!?)

Does Uniregistry have enough dev / engineering team that does the real work and does it fast and right (!?)

Over the past few days, I have a bad experience in responding to my requests it takes a very long time and I ask to correct those problems that do not work correctly because the Uniregistry system has a lot of bugs.

Bad support thought was the norm in the domain industry and not restricted to Uniregistry :)

I'm trying to get used to it. There is no way around it I'm afraid.

In my experience, Uniregistry has a lot of good telemarketers but it suffers from a lack of engineers / good engineers.

Magic!
Two hours later, after I created this thread, the solution to the problem began to move forward!!!
For three days nobody did anything to solve this problem (!), and because of this, through the fault of Uniregistry, I have already lost one of my domains! Really!!?

Very bad - Uniregistry! ...very bad!
