It's 3:45 pm here in California and I just called Uniregistry with a support question.
I was greeted by a live "after hours" representative that said he could only take messages and could not offer any type of support. I didn't even ask the question.
Anyway, if anyone from Uniregistry reads this, I am very surprised and disappointed that you offer no technical support at this time of day on Pacific Standard Time.
I don't have to point out that other registrars offer full customer service during normal PST/EST business hours.
