TRYING TO RENEW MY .LOL DOMAIN

The renewal failed because the domain is premium, but we did not receive the full list of premium domains from the registry (we are working on getting that resolved at this time).

so now i can't renew my name and days latter i don't even get a reply

i need support how to get a reply from support

A .lol is going to be for a personal site and someone buying it won't have a lot of money. All the companies with comedy sites already have .lol domains taken like somebody owns 9gag.lol but I don't think it's the actual 9gag website since the whois just says private and the website is blank.

Oh...now I can't reach them, I have sent several support tickets but it still nothing that i get back. I don't what is going on with Uniregistry.com support team. Anyone has information about them? Thanks!

I have been experiencing the same with them.

I had a sale stuck for over 36 hours because of their system and lack of support; I emailed them 3 times, emailed DNS and even called them ( from Australia.. ) then they eventually woke up and finalized the sale.

BUT

Even though I was told that my payment was scheduled for a certain day that simply did not happen and here we go again with writing emails that go unanswered...I am still waiting.

Broker doesn't answer inquiry as well, maybe is it holiday there?
