I see that I am not the only one who gets errors when trying to push a domain name to a different Enom account.
"One or more domains did not successfully push.
Unknown error."

I submitted a trouble ticket for my recent failed domain push, but I don't expect to get a reply from support for a week or longer because Enom's support is awful.

Just curious if anyone has been able to solve this problem. This used to be a very good feature that Enom offered. Just to clarify I am referring to account pushes, not domain transfers.

The support at Enom/Name has gone seriously downhill. Tons of technical issues and slow as molasses support.

Rightsh*t is putting all it's money into new domains and marketing. Doing nothing about customer service.

Transfer then push it.

This used to be such a great feature. The easy domain push is no more

So the buyer initiated a standard domain transfer because the enom push no longer works.

But guess what, the enom transfer approvals do not work. The link they provide in their transfer email does not properly submit the transfer approval.

So now the buyer has to wait 5 days for the transfer to be automatically approved because their transfer system for standard domain transfers also does not work.

FYI my support case from Monday is still unanswered.

How can an ICANN registrar have such terrible support?

Since my support tickets have remained unanswered for days now, I decided to give support a phone call. They said it takes 5 days for a domain name to be transferred as per ICANN. Of course this is bull. We all know that it can take less than a day to transfer a domain name as long as all of the domain transfer emails are approved.

The one thing I did learn which I wanted to share is this:
SedoMLS will interfere with domain pushes and possibly domain transfers from enom.
If you have a domain name participating in SedoMLS then you will not be able to do a domain push to another enom account. This may also be true if you have the domain name listed in AfternicMLS.

So remove the domain name from sedo and/or afternic BEFORE attempting to transfer it from Enom.
