Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

Also after reaching an agreement with buyer we should be able to send message to buyer. Simple "thank you and good luck with this domain" could bring additional value to the deal. Some features I'd like to see
- Ability to upload a background image PER domain.
- Ability to send messages to people without having to accept, counter, reject offers first.
3 successful sales in the last 30 days and those are my first sales at Undeveloped. Only just started there seriously 60 days ago.

Just a suggestion , the ask for help button located at the top-right of the billing information page should also be put where its more needed in the page/area that states please contact our support team or you just embed a link to the contact our support team ..

just wanted to confirm something..
if I agree to someones offer.. or he agrees to mine.. and then he pays... does the PAID icon light up as soon as he pays, or only after you verify payment?
and how is all above affected on weekends.. when I presume you do not process any payments.

That's my own way doing it. It reduces unpaid buyers for me. I have mentioned it here before.so i was thinking today.. cause there are unpaid buyers here as we all know..
did any of you guys consider basically telling buyer in the negotiation window if he agrees to a price, that you will setup a bin price on the domain at your agreed price.. and tell him to go click buynow.. which would force them to pay instantly basically..
do any of you do this? do you think its a good way to get less unpaid buyers?
or thoughts from @Undeveloped
it could not work if the payment is made by wire, ACH, check...so i was thinking today.. cause there are unpaid buyers here as we all know..

I literally noticed few mins ago that this domain I sent as "buynow" lead... is not taken off market and listed as pending sale.. is this standard procedure for importing leads? that things are taken off market? if so then it shouldn't be so. can you fix it? I still want my name to be avaikble on market.. as importing leads is no guarantee of sale.
I would appreciate if you can change it asap. unless this whole thing is related to the error I listed above. if so thne plz fix also.
thanks!
