Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Low credibility or what???
Regarding Undeveloped escrow...
I already had 3 failed sales there in 2019... or just 1 of 4 sales has finished successfully.
After negotiations (even after long negotiations) when transaction was started - 3 buyers disappeared.
Lol. True. Undeveloped travels to Ibiza on Weekends
I'm talking about DIRECT deals/negotiations... when domains are NOT listed/parked on marketplaces...
I use them just as final escrow step...
For the domain you want to activate rent option, hover over the greyed out buttons next to the Parked (P) button. Middle button is Installment (IN) and the Last button is Rent (R) When you click on it,it will pop up asking you to fill the amount/number of months etc..Fairly simple. Hope this helps
thanks a lot... but when we apply rent the landing page only shows rent option and no make offer/buy now option. am i missing something ?
Correct, If you choose rent option, it would supersede make offer and bin/installment option and only the rent option would be shown on the landing page. It makes sense though, by renting the domain, you are indicating to the prospect that you are not willing to sell the domain and just looking to rent it out.
I think it should display the way Make Offer displays on a domain name with BIN.
So, basically the name shows up as a BIN. But, underneath it, it gives you the option to make an offer (to get in contact with seller) as well as a For Rent option. If you also have an installment plan enabled, that should also show up under the BIN. That way, the buyer is presented with all the possible buy options regarding a particular domain.
In my opinion, I think that is a better solution. @Undeveloped, what do you think?
It is large due to NetSol Reseller business...
Among endusers NetSol popularity is minimal.
Quick update:
The main project we're working on (Domain automation Network) is unfortunately delayed due to unforeseen issues with our blockchain. Since it's sensitive technology that cannot break or fail at any time we're taking no risks. Next week we'll deploy the next version of our blockchain in production on a shadow network, will start submitting transactions to the chain and create the first blocks, before our big launch. I can't give a specific ETA for the actual launch but we keep making good progress and are really close to launch the first automated domain ownership transfer service.
To keep improving our marketplace continuously, we did just launch the following features that were requested here:
- add captcha to the offer box to filter non-serious buyers. This feature is enabled by default for high-risk visitors but you can edit the settings to fit your own preference:
Show attachment 113956
- the ability to select getting paid out in one of the three widely used cryptocurrencies:
Show attachment 113957
And tomorrow, or at latest early next week another highly requested feature will go live where the buyer can now also submit their company name when placing an offer.
Kind regards,
Reza
Thank you very much. This will be a great safety net for times someone might not be able to take funds to paypal or a bank account.- the ability to select getting paid out in one of the three widely used cryptocurrencies:
