Quick update:

The main project we're working on (Domain automation Network) is unfortunately delayed due to unforeseen issues with our blockchain. Since it's sensitive technology that cannot break or fail at any time we're taking no risks. Next week we'll deploy the next version of our blockchain in production on a shadow network, will start submitting transactions to the chain and create the first blocks, before our big launch. I can't give a specific ETA for the actual launch but we keep making good progress and are really close to launch the first automated domain ownership transfer service.

To keep improving our marketplace continuously, we did just launch the following features that were requested here:

- add captcha to the offer box to filter non-serious buyers. This feature is enabled by default for high-risk visitors but you can edit the settings to fit your own preference:

Show attachment 113956

- the ability to select getting paid out in one of the three widely used cryptocurrencies:

Show attachment 113957

And tomorrow, or at latest early next week another highly requested feature will go live where the buyer can now also submit their company name when placing an offer.

Kind regards,

Reza

Excellent Undeveloped, really appreciate these changes in particular the captcha one, will weed out tons of time wasters, even better that you have an option to do so just for higher risk leads, awesome!

Thank you very much. This will be a great safety net for times someone might not be able to take funds to paypal or a bank account.

Please add these changes to your Blog, Twitter or elsewhere so that sellers that don't watch this thread closely know about it. Undeveloped is always improving the UI but I have the impression people only find it out casually.

nice changes
im sure more coming too in future

can you clarify bout your crypto payments:

if I understand, we can now already request btc/eth/ltc payouts... except we need to request it manually after sale right?

so this change is more about automating this process for all sales? so now we pick between wire/paypal/btc in our settings and it goes there automatic? but on a per sale basis, we can still request specific payout method and contact you?

also, if we can get paid out in eth/ltc/btc does this mean you also accept payments form buyers in these? thanks.

Undeveloped.com, should try and increase its workers if need be.

I have lost 3 sales in a month because the buyers are thinking it's a scam, even one of the web developers of a buyer contacted me, and was saying that he doesn't have enough trust to continue with the sale.
All my domains are pointing with to undeveloped.com
I even closed a sale and paying me it's a problem for close to 3days now.......

Lazlo is great and please you guys should try and assist Simon in his department.

I know it's not easy. But let Ud try.

Thanks

thats weird.
myself and just about everyone here except you finds undev has best/fastest response support... as well as fastest payout.

I've also never heard of buyers thinking its a scam or not having trust. did they say why they think it? I mean is it their name they don't trust... their logo? or the size or color of their font maybe?

Often if not always when buyers use that word in combination with our brand its because of the communication style of the seller that performs outbound on them. Keep that in mind as well...

Ok thank-you
But if I am to ask, why is there delay with processing of payment.
I requested for payment via Btc since on Wednesday when the domain was transferred. Till now no show....
Previously it was always faster with Btc.

Hi Promxy,

Our support team can answer and resolve this type of inquiries. There are a plethora of reasons that can cause a delay. Reaching out to the support via our support widget will always result in a response in 24 hours max.

The service level we can provide also depends on how the user interacts with us and via which sources they communicate.

Iโ€™m not sure if itโ€™s the case with you, but another common reason for delays with some sellers is sending multiple messages in a row. We pick up the customers waiting longest, when submitting new messages you reset the waiting period and will get a response later.

To conclude, message your escrow agent just once. If payment isnโ€™t sent for whatever reason after 24 hours, contact support via our supporr widget to find out why.

Take care,

Reza

Hi Legendarynames,

Absolutely, when our revamped Dashboard goes live, there will be a section with "what's new" where all this type of updates will be shared with you.

Kind regards,

Reza

UD really needs to spend a day or two creating a detailed help section for the new stuff. It really should take more than an hour to do it all and will help new people instead of a lot of head scratching.

Things like getting a Google Analytics account setup or at least the basic steps would save so much confusion. Some new items seem to have little to no explanation anywhere, unless I am missing something.

Good afternoon friends,

We are excited to share that we have several open vacancies at Undeveloped.

For this particular vacancy, I would like to consult our sellers' expertise and network first. Due to our steep growth, we are looking for additional account managers to assist you with all your sales. The account manager should be operative at Pacific Daylight Time. This will help Undeveloped increase its service for all our users operating in a completely different timezone and your accessibility to our services.

The account manager should:
- be able to operate at Pacific Daylight Time
- have significant knowledge of the domain industry
- have a proven track record as a domain seller/broker
- have a service and sales oriented focus
- have the ambition to help Undeveloped and its clients grow and excel

In case anyone comes to mind please have them forward their resume and motivation letter to [email protected]. We have established a referral bonus of $200 for whoever delivers the perfect candidate.

Have a great weekend!

@Undeveloped should try focus more on checkout pages. I ve seen two sellers talked about their buyers reaching out to them to complain about getting the error "oops" during checkout or during make offer. I m not sure if this is true but if it is, its going to hurt sellers and possibly make them start changing there nameservers away from undeveloped.

And if this is true, i can only imagine how many deals have been lost during that time, cos very few buyers will wanna come back after experiencing such

Have heard something similar from sellers. @Undeveloped should investigate this

that would be awful indeed...especially for makeover..cause the other can be sorted out later.... I must say I am getting fewer offers and leads than I did with some other landers...overall... However I find offer to sale conversion better than elsewhere.. As well as payout speed...support..etc... But leads and offers do seem lower than some other places

Do u have any concrete proof of these issues? Any comment from @Undeveloped
