Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

alcy are u working for undeveloped? You do not know any facts or details. Seems very ignorant to make general comments like that.
kushka:
yes I am confirm no problem I am have receive pay from their recently day ago
is no problem kushka
I'm havin plenty of problems with Not paying for domains On undeveloped I'm completely sick
don't worry my friend
I am sick too with non paying buyers
but I prefer blame buyers for non payment more than undeveloped
I agree it's the buyers but there needs to be more options for sellers other then payment reminders
Something is wrong with undeveloped.com. Can you guys check your emails and payments? I have 5 deals that are closed and NO PAYMENT> SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!! Is site broken???
DEALS went smothly before.

You guys should know by now that a deal isn't closed until the money actually reach your account. There is no point in blaming Undeveloped for other people's stupidity. Non-paying folks are everywhere, Sedo, Afternic, GoDaddy, you name it ... no marketplace can force an idiot to pay for a bid he placed just for fun. Happened to me too and I'm sure pretty much anyone of us had a few non-paying idiots along the way.
Nothing to do unfortunately, just move on. Undeveloped works just fine, after a buyer pays you usually get paid the next couple of days or so, they are actually the fastest marketplace in terms of paying domainers imo...
Hope this helps

kaboom! and bingooooooo!!!!!
but beware of the kushka!
it will call you ignorant for such blasphemous statements!
heh
No kidding huh,
I'm looking for another solution other then sending payment reminders. If your ok with the way things are good for you. I am not I been getting hit with non stop no payments and I dont feel that a payment reminder is not enough. We should be in control and able to cancel a sale when they dont pay or at least send a 24hr notice to the buyer saying they either pay or the deal is off. Waiting weeks and the landing page sold doesnt work for me. Wait til you get hit with 10 no payers in row you will be pissed to. Just cause it ain't happen to you doesnt mean theres no a issue.
Well, he can call me whatever he wants, I'm pretty sure I'll sleep well tonight regardless
The truth is... these kind of postings are silly and may dent Undeveloped's reputation for nothing and may break further deals in the long run. Let's say BuyerX decide to buy Ksusha64's domain at Undeveloped. He never heard of Undeveloped before so he runs a Google search and this thread comes up. BuyerX reads Ksusha's comments and thinks "Wow, what a dodgy marketplace, I'll pass on this name!" so a seller might loose a sale just because a potential buyer reads garbage stuff about the marketplace.
This isn't right, is it?

I'll tell you what you stay @Undeveloped I am going to leave and come back when they figure out a solution
imagine being told wait 7 days how happy will you beYou are right about this, it's been discussed before and I'm sure Reza will come with a solution to this problem. He is quick to respond and fix things from what I've noticed. I agree that sellers should be able to cancel listings instead of waiting weeks, but this is what I actually did with my last non-payer... just sent the Undeveloped guys a message, I asked them to put the domain back for sale and they did it in half an hour or so.
Domaining is just a side-business for me, I'm mainly in UX and UI. Last year I sold a domain + website on @flippa_marketplace, and it's been really disappointed because they didn't (still don't?) have a real escrow: just a kind of moderated private-room. I'm still asking myself what I paid for.
After reading about Undeveloped here and there a few days ago I decided to have a look and ended up on moving all of them from Sedo and Flippa.
UI is stunning: easy to understand, informative, reassuring, clean. Honestly is it's a job I wanted to do as a developer, so my compliments to the "collegue" in charge.
Signup procedure is idiot-proof, same like the way you can add domains. So 10/10 here too.
I'm having an issue to point a domain registered at @Internet.bs to @Undeveloped's NS. They're actively trying to figure out how to fix together with the other side. Not a common behaviour nowadays, so I'm happy with that regardless of the result.
Suggestion now. Currently in the "For Sale page" settings there is an option to "Show [other] domains" and one to "Not show anything". I think there are pros and cons. Do you want to reveal you are a domain broker? Go for the the 1st. Do you want to make it looks like you're selling it because you don't need anymore (yes, an "undeveloped" case)? Go for the second. Between the two I prefer the latter because I prefer not looking like a speculator, if you know what I mean. Anyway I wish I find a 3rd option: show related domains.
Related domains should be like a related posts in a blog: you are interested in the this, so maybe you are interested in these too. Example: yourbusiness.com sell page would also show yourbusiness.net and yourjob.com. I mean nothing more has to be shown, so the visitor focus on what really does matter and not on random unrelated domains. How do you think?
