Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

They as in the buyer or Undeveloped? The issue is that some registrars tack on a grace period when pushing from account to account.
Once Undeveloped has the funds secure, it is only when they instruct you to push the domain name or issue Auth code.
They as in the buyer or Undeveloped?
So you are saying we do in fact have to push/transfer the domain directly to the buyer?
I do need to know this since I never ever under any circumstances transfer a domain directly to the buyer.
I only ever use a Full Escrow service like Sedo or Escrow.com's Concierge Service.
If I do have to transfer one of my domains directly to a buyer then I would need to cancel my account.
That is what I want to confirm that I can Always push to Undeveloped's account and never directly to a buyer.u should always push to undeveloped account.
else u can run into delays and issues and be at mercy of buyer confirmation if he got domain etc.
u can easily push to undev accnts. they have them on most registrars. and are negotiable to open an account if your on more exotic registrar.. like dotster or somehting
That is what I want to confirm that I can Always push to Undeveloped's account and never directly to a buyer.
I have well known American registrars, like Godaddy, Namesilo ect.
I don't know about everyone but I have always been able to push to sedo, even when they argued about the buyer not wanting or able to open a GD or Namesilo account.well... you can't always push with sedo either.. they won't and don't have accnts on AL registrars across world. what I do know for fact though is that if you ask sedo to open an accnt on a rergistrar they're not on yet.. they won't give a dang about yoru request. and undev will give a dang
but you will be fine with popular registrars. undev prefers it too to push to them first.. cause then no one is at mercy of buyers confirmations. and its smooth then
cheers
I was just reading this part of the Sellers Guide and some of it concerns me,
We kindly ask you to provide us with the transfer code or push the domain to our escrow account as soon as weโve received the funds. The next step is sending the authorization code to the buyer or pushing the domain from our escrow account into the account of the buyer. Finally, IF the domain is successfully transferred we will transfer the payment to the account of the seller.
Does this mean we have to wait until the buyer actually receives the domain in order to receive payment?
I would Only ever want to push the domain directly to Undeveloped's Escrow and Never transfer it directly to the buyer, and I would think once the domain is in Undeveloped's Escrow and they have payment then we should be entitled to receive full payment regardless if or when the buyer receives the domain.
This is how Sedo does it.
That is what I want to confirm that I can Always push to Undeveloped's account and never directly to a buyer.
I have well known American registrars, like Godaddy, Namesilo ect.

@Undeveloped A few weeks ago I Complained about buyers not paying for domains and undeveloped not giving the seller the option to cancel the transaction. You pointed out a Way to cancel the transaction but it still keeps the transaction open This is not giving the Seller control of the transaction! And its NOT ENOUGH If a seller decides to cancel the transaction they should have the full 100% right to do so when they want to. I'm sick of the games And this is not Satisfactory as the seller you should have some kind of control and a NON PAYER NEEDS TO GET THE HINT THAT YOUR NOT PLAYING GAMES. There needs to be a option to cancel the deal! There should also be a way to message the seller after the agreement is reached.
That takes too long especially on the weekend when no one is available. Pretty sad you dont want to give a little extra control to the seller.

You can enable renting your domain in that column. Do note that we (currently) offer rentals only and not a combination landing page. Our tests so far show the combination lander is too confusing and hurts conversion so we still have work to do until we'll offer rentals in a different way.
What I would advice is to use the rental option as an additional tool for you to become a more successful seller.
