Transferring from Rebel after Expiration? (Resolved)

A few of my domains at Rebel expired, and on the exact same day of expiring the control panel removed all options to unlock, ability request auth code, etc. and they are charging a $5.00 "recover fee" on top of the $14.99 renewal fee.

Anyone get their domains out of there once they've expired?

Resolved. I contacted support, they got back to me extremely quickly (was impressed with that), was provided info needed. Good customer service, if only pricing was more competitive.
