Transferring from Namecheap to Moniker

Got to the transfer authentication page and strangely instead of my email, the contact email listed there is Namecheap's (Contact Email: [email protected]).

How am I suppose to proceed with the transfer if the Moniker Auth Code is sent to Namecheap?

I bet you have privacy enabled. It would be better to disable that (at Namecheap) before you transfer, although I have done it with privacy left on.

Nope, I just had a similar error 5 hours ago transferring a few CCC.net's
Moniker system is to send Moniker Auth Code to the first email in the whois, however because Namecheap is an enom reseller, the Registration service provider tag is inputted.

Simple solution, call them. I had my transfer all read in less than a minute...
