.tv Transferring a domain from GoDaddy to Enom

Has anyone done this? If someone buys a TV name off me that's regd at GoDaddy, how do I tranfer this to their enom account? Does it cost money? I have only ever done nice 'n' simple enom to enom push's before.

Looks a bit complicated so am a bit confused!
