.tv New to Enom

This may sound silly but i am really new to .tv domains and enom.
I just bought a domain from a newbie and he ask me how to transfer the domain to me.i dont have a enom account yet as well ..may i know how does it go? where do i sign up for an account? coz when i go to enom.com its a reseller sign up page it seems.could somebody shed a light.thks

- To create a retail account, go to http://www.enomcentral.com
