Hi guys

To cut a long story short I recently sold a domain that is registered with Enom through GoDaddy auctions. The payment has been confirmed by Godaddy who now have asked me to transfer the domain to them to complete the sale.

I have done everything I need to as per their instructions with Enom (i.e make sure the lock is off and contact ID protect off etc...) but am stuck with the next bit. I understand I go to Godaddy's website as the accepting registrar and purchase the transfer with them. Where I'm stuck is that I tried that and it says my domain is 'unavailable for transfer'?!

Is there something I am missing that I need to do so Godaddy will accept the transfer? I got an EPP code from Enom but not sure what to do with this either so that might be it

thanks for any help

paul

godaddy support should be your first resource , I have never transferred domain to another registry before cos all my domains are kept in one place for now.

hey mate - thanks for the advice. all sorted now - seems the buyer needs to sort the transfer rather than me so all in hand. thanks again.
