Someone wants to buy a domain name for pennies (he is from India) and I said I won't sell at that price level now he's coming at me with some TM that is registered in India and I found it on some indian TM site, but it's a 2 phrases with one of them a part of this domain name (I have checked the US TESS and there are no trademarks with this phrase - it's a 5L domain name). Should I just ignore him or is there anything to be worried here?

Just for your safty make sure who is the guy or company contacting you.
Check do they have global or worldwide trademark approved or pending on them , again only very huge or big company will go for global trademark so you can easily find out about them.
Some big name in software field like tata or infosys or other big guy might have multiple global trade mark due to their international penetration and reputation, which might run by their branch of companies or sister companies.
