Being quite new to the domain name registration process, I today registered a dot.mobi. I have since discovered that the name I have registered is a Registered Trademark.
If I eventually create a website for mobile phone users and providing that site does not conflict with what the original trademark holder sells eg no connection between what I and they sell, can they claim the name for themselves?
I understand Trademark holders were given a sunrise period or something similar in which to register the dot mobi but obviously have chosen not to register it hence I was able to get it.
I did not buy it to mislead anyone or profit out of the trademark name.
Any help appreciated.
