Just a little update to let my friends know the latest wazzup.

My wife had a serious accident at work. She fell from a ladder while changing up a bulletin board in her classroom and broke her tibia, (shin), where it joins the knee into several pieces. The good news is that she got the million dollar treatment w/ the top orthopedic surgeon in our area and he was able to piece it back together, she's on the road to recovery and now can use a walker to a limited extent.

I've been cooking all of the meals, doing all of the housework, cleaning etc and, although, our clothing has shrunk 2 sizes, am even managing the laundry.

Needless to say, I've been preoccupied and have not been as active around here as I once was or would like to be.

Spirits are good, the tide is up and it looks like green grass up ahead. In other words, spending all of this time w/ my wife has had it's benefits and I have no complaints.
