Hello Fellas,
A sexually active woman tells her plastic surgeon that she wants her vaginal lips reduced, because they were so loose and floppy.
Out of embarracement, she insists that the surgery be kept a secret - and the surgeon agreed.
Awakening from the anaesthesia after the operation, she found three red roses, carefully placed on her bed.
Outraged, she calls in the doctor. "I thought I told you not to tell any one about my operation"!
The doctor told her that he'd respected her wish of confidentiality, and that one rose was from him. "I felt so sad, because you went through all this all by yourself...... The second rose was from my nurse who assisted me with the surgery - she empathised because she'd had the same proceedure done, not long ago".
"And what about the third rose"? she asked.
"That's from a man upstairs in the burns unit - he wanted to thank you for his new ears".
