This is just to inform you (especially the newbies)... they wanted me to appraisal the domains on a "neutral" site (like EUR 9 per domain) and take them afterwards...

And yes, you will pay the fee, but hear never ever anything from them again...

Thank you for your kind message. You picked one of my „future“ domains… I was sure, due our „seamless world", this will be a quite valuable domain in the future. Although I have a price in mind, why don’t you tell me what is the value / the price your client is would pay?

I do have a small portfolio with domains… most of them with future potential and others, just to generate traffic.

Behind most of the domains, there are future plans. For example in Korea, they are building up a huge Robotland that will open in 2016. Norway2022 might be next place for winter olympics etc. Also some others; but they are not for sale (personal favorite :)

I did sell 1 domain so fare; this has been done by contract and payment threw paypal. But I am quite open to any process you prefer. Payment with paypal preferred, but also wire possible.

My client offers 85,000 euros for all your domains.
Before we proceed my investor needs only one thing from you:
As you may know all major domain brokers does not allow listing above $1000 or higher if you don't have an official appraisal. Since the sale price is not low in our case, my client needs an official certificate of price (appraisal). He also needs to know you have no trademark problems. It won't be a problem since I know an official appraiser that offers this option (trademark infringement verification) for free as a part of the appraisal service.

I'm also interested in a good valuation and a high sale price because my client pays me a commission (10-15% of the sale price) on every domain purchase. So I'm not interested in low sales too.

Of course, you should not use a free automated service like Estibot or similar services. My client won't accept them. I was working for Estibot and knew they were using automated scripts for free appraisals. In our case we need a real manual valuation.

The process is very easy:
1. Go to the appraisal site and order the valuation with the TM verification. Submit your domains to them and let them know you have a buyer with $X,XXX offer so you need the appraisal near this value. After several hours you will get the results.
2. Then send these results via email and we'll proceed with the deal.

Well... i checked the phone number. It is a number in Switzerland, but from a private person with another name... also, there is no "Sue du Simplon"... it would be "Rue du...". And making twice this mistake for french speaking person?!?

As well... in the phone number, there is missing a zero (021 311 ....). Thats how numbers are written in Switzerland... always including the 0. Well, for sure I will not appraisal the domains... because the approx. EUR 350.00 for it are gone for sure. And i bet my dog, that I will never see a dollar of the 84000 :lol::lol::lol:

This sounds great… even if i thought the domains are more worth… but well. Bit of course this sounds great.

Well, i did not know… my major domain broker does not allow listings above $10000. so this should not be a problem.

And since you are the broker, you know the value of the domains. But of course… you will not send money before having a certificate / contract. Lets go like that…

Possibility 1:
I will send you a contract. You sign, and I send you authorization codes.

Possibility 2:
You send me 50% ($42500), i send you auth. code and afterwards you will send the rest…

I talked with my client about ypur propositions. They are not acceptable without the appraisal from you.

It's a standard practice to provide buyers with the TM verification and appraisal. It's very important for us to know the real market value of your domain and be sure the domain has no trademark problems.

My client never proceeds without the appraisal with the TM verification from a source he trusts. I'm doing everything to make this deal happen. You can earn thousands by investing only several dollars in the appraisals. I hope you will not miss this opportunity.

There is no risk for you. You can use an official appraisal to sell your domain to any serious seller. Without appraisals you can sell your domain for $200-$300 only. With a certified appraisal there are no any limits. You can sell for a much higher price.

Even in the worst case I will sell your domain to other investors. I have regular meetings with domain investors every week. If a domain has a good appraisal it's not a big problem to sell it.

Any cool idea, what I should / could reply? :)

Me too had received the same mail. I didnt wasted my time on this appraisal scam. But i think sleepalot is enjoy his time with the scammer.
Option 5:
Generate a fake appraisal certificate and mail him.
