TM words to avoid suggestions

I wonder if we can start some TM words library, based on some experience of people who had problems with TM. Wouldn't it be good idea to warn people, which words, or words combinations can be a TM issue, and what words we should be careful to use when we chose domains to buy.

Lots of issues that I would of never suspected. I guess you really should do your trademark homework if you don't want your domain taken away.

let me understand please. all those people who have more than 100 domains have been doing trademark homework for each of them around the world? Than another question: how they did it? You can assume, that some names could cause problems. But regarding that links above (nice database, thank you), we can expect TM issue almost for any domain. espetially on net. org, info etc, if com is taken
