Real situation just picked different name:
Let's suppose that Ronny is a big corp in the US that goes back to 1920s.
If Ronny.com is a big corp and Ronny.net is another corp(with diff niche), and ronny.org is a dude's website with familly photos, and ronny.us is owned by a dude in the UK, and ronny.ca is owned by some chick in Canada do I infringe TM laws if I regg Ronny.mobi(because it's my first name) or NOT?
Also let's suppose "Ronny" has 53 TM records in the TESS system.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??
OHH..also Ronny happens to be also a city(city name) in 5 different US states.
I ask myself:
If the guy that owns Ronny.net(guy with family pictures) regg the domain in 1998 and didn't get in trouble then would I get in trouble for regg. Ronny.mobi?
PS:I own the domain now for 2 months and have developed it as a GEO domain. Never parked, for sale or anything like that.
