TM domains ?

There is a guy on another forum flagging up a .me domain as a Tm domain.
In his portfolio he has the following domains which contain the same Tm.

Where .xxx represents the various extensions.

I realize that some of them are 'plays' on the Tm term but

Is this a case of the 'pot calling the kettle black' ? or should I be going back and reading up on what is and what is not a Tm domain ?

Interested to here other member's opinions.

I think that portfolio is as worthless as if it were made of TM names.

IMO, yes potential TM issues.
