TM or Not?

Hi guys,
Just wondering, i found a nice domain name: word1 +word2.com.
I made a search about that name and I found a the same domain (developed) only with word2 + word1. According to my browser the website is seems to by as "Unverified site".
I searched for more info and i found their Linkedin page and than i noticed that they have a TM next to their name.
I did a search for TM on several websites but i didn't found nothing about TM for that name.

There is a possibility that their TM in not really exist ? or we can't relay find all the TM in a search?

In principle, they can put a TM on their logo without having one. If you made sure that there is no evidence on such (you probably already checked the USPTO search and a few similar ones) there shouldn't be anything stopping you (especially if word1 and word2 are dictionary words).

Putting a TM on your logo does nothing. Lots of people do this to pretend as if it means something.
