.mobi TM Mobi? What to do

I recently picked up a .mobi for a very low price. The name is exactly the same way spelled as a site which is in the top50 worldwide.

I assume it is trademarked but I could be wrong.

It is parked now with a different content then what the site offers. And it is getting only a few hits a day.

What should I do with this MOBI?

Feel free to pm me the name and I can shed light on whether it's TM'ed or not. Alternatively, you could do a TM search at uspto.gov to be fairly certain about whether your named is trademarked or not.
