TM Issue

Hi I have a domain that I cant seem to find out if its TM or not
I have looked in
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tm/t-find/t-find-text/tmtsearch-search.aspx

and found a reference to it but it appears to be registered to a number of companies.

What does this mean? How can a few different companies register the same name?
Does anyone have preference?


If someone knowledgeable in this area wants me to sne d a PM of the name it would be a great help.

seperate compaines can exsist in there respective DIFFERENT fields and share a tm as it were,

what you need to decide is by using the domain will you infringe on any of those TM'd names,

is it a common word / phrase etc...?


and more importantly, do you have real development plans for the domain?
