I still blur about TMs issues. If i register domain (example)

Example 1

TM-name registered and Status LIVE at USPTO
Goods and Services : clothing, namely, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, bla bla bla

Then i register TM-name.com/net/org/info/us/mobi for (parking, make forum or make blog) without related to Goods and services TM-name.

Question: Can I?

Goods and Services : clothing, namely, shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, bla bla bla

Then i register TM-name.com/net/org/info/us/mobi for (parking, make forum or make blog) related to Goods and services TM-name.

Question: Can I?

If you register a domain that is identical to an existing trademark, but are using it for a legitimate purpose unrelated to the existing trademark or the categories it was registered for, without infringing on the tm owner's intellectual property, then you are most likely in the clear.

Just parking the domain is not usually considered a legitimate use of it.

Ok, I will play bad guy here. You register all other extensions of a TM and you have no real plans for them....

What is the purpose of doing this anyway. It looks like you want to get the payoff at some point from the TM and you are looking for ways to "pretend" to use a domain in good faith. You either have a plan for them or you don't, and you are looking for ways to get around the system. That could be a dangerous game to play and you could jsut be throwing money down the drain.
