I'm not sure if this is the correct location but here we go.
I've owned a domain since 2011 and it is .com say yadayada dot com, anyways I have had them for invesment, kinda like property and figured one day they will be worth more.
The first thing I started to check was TM and such.
I was thinking about starting this one and I will call it yadayada and is currently sitting as for sale but I started checking and a Canadian company has it as there TM but .net for domain. I can't find a TM in the USA but there site says they have the TM. There site say they are changing there name to distributing so and so but will be keeping the TM yadayada. Any issues or should I approach to sell them yadayada.com? Or ?
It shows the company has been in business since 92 and they seem to be multi million dollar company.
